Hi, I'm Ross 👋

Since 2006, I’ve helped hundreds of clients—especially those in their 60s, 70s, and 80s—lose weight, feel great, and regain their energy. My experience spans all ages, from an 11-year-old with Cystic Fibrosis to a 100-year-old in a nursing home. I’ve led group sessions in care homes focused on fitness, memory, mobility, and fun.

As we age, new challenges arise—life, careers, and health can get in the way. But I believe it’s never too late to feel strong, confident, and full of life.
